Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A7: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A8: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.

a) Payment term: 30% depoist by TT, and the balanced before shippment, Western Union, Paypal, Trade Assurance, L/C will be considered.

b) MOQ: negotiable.There will be discount if the quantity is huge.

c) Delivery date: 3 to 6 days for sample order, 7 to 15 days for bulk order.

d) Shipping method: Courier(like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc),  Air, by Sea, etc, and you can also use your own forwarder and account.
